By using our Services ("BillFlow"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Service Description

BillFlow provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help businesses manage invoicing, billing, and customer management, with features tailored for the Indian market.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for creating and securing your account. You are also responsible for all data and content you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use BillFlow in compliance with all applicable local laws.

4. Payments and Fees

Certain features of the Service are provided for a fee, with paid plans billed on a monthly or yearly basis. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change our pricing, and we will provide you with notice of any pricing changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
